Davis Air came out and they were on time and very courteous. We had to switch our appointment due to my inconvenience and they adhered to coming and getting the work done I didn’t even notice how long the job took because he worked and did it at a nice speed. Thankful I can turn my heat on without wondering I am going to have call the fire brigade we are thankful & we recommend them highly 15/10 to anybody great service very respectful and friendly Davis air will getcha right 100 stars ⭐️ from us

Called this morning after my AC went out and was told they would get somebody out here by 12 before 11 They sent a technician here which was amazing because we really needed to get it done by today. I’m ecstatic after finding DAVIS A/CJust moved back to Valdosta August 2023 and was not getting any cool air , called a a/c company that charged me 250 dollars for 3 pounds of Freon ( a temporary fix , 2 weeks later called another local company to fix the a/c again , he fixed it and I had cool yet no heat as we are now going into November with no heat ! This man also told me I have a leak of Freon in my a/c system . He charged me for the service call and found the leak , yet told me he couldn’t repair the leak and still charged me 150$ , which was WRONG !!! So now fed up with bogus a/c companies , I called two other companies to hopefully after 3 months trying to get resolved , these people sounded like they didn’t have. A Clue on how to even make an appointment to now just get my heat working , THEN I called Davis Air , spoke with Jason the owner , he was extremely knowledgeable , competent, friendly and confident , scheduled.a Fine tech to check out my a/c sysyem , he was incredible , and knew his stuff !A week later I called Davis Air and had them replace a defective control circuit board . Had two Davis Air techs the next morning and about 20 minutes later I had heat and cool , all working the way it should ! I would refer Davis Air again and again ! Thanks Again Jason, you having a exemplary company with excellent employees !

Had Jacob and Hunter come out today bc my ac unit wasn’t running. I would highly recommend both gentlemen and will be requesting these 2 personally moving forward on all of my ac needs! My ac went out this week and they came by after hours to get the job done so we had ac for the night and then came again today to fix another problem! We came home yesterday, and our A/C unit was running but it wasn't cooling the house down. It was late, so we contacted Davis Air through their website and followed up in the morning. Phillip was our technician today. He was able to efficiently find the problem and fix it which is greatly appreciated. The icing on the cake for me is how intentional he was to make sure we were informed of future care for our A/C unit. I work in a profession were details matter, and Phillip definitely followed through.

Phillip was the HVAC tech that came and rescued me from this Valdosta summer heat! Not only was he prompt with his arrival, he had my house cooling and the temp on a downward trend within 10 minutes! Both my units went out and Jacob arrived before I was home and didn't waste any time and started checking everything on the outside and found the problem and fixed it and went straight into checking out the other unit and identified the other unit's issue, ordered the parts and let me know he'd be back tomorrow to finish the job. I was super impressed with his knowledge and his customer service is awesome.

Had two units that were not functioning. Called mid morning and at 1 pm Phillip arrived. We had a BIG issue with our fairly new HVAC system. We were not happy with the first service call and the amount of money it would cost on a less than 4yr old unit. I left a previous review that someone from your company tried to charge 249.00 to install a thermostat. While it is true, it obviously wasn’t your company since you responded and refuted it. It is very possible that it may have been another company as you suggested, and if that was the case I apologize. The service that was given to me by you the first time was excellent, and the young man who performed it was awesome as well. That’s why when I called back and got the information that I would be charged 249.00 for a thermostat install, I was so appalled. Whoever that company was , I wish I could expose THEM. But I am glad to know it wasn’t you. And incidentally, I bought the thermostat myself for 43.00, and paid the company I used 65.00 to install it, so it wasn’t as inexpensive as it sounded in my previous review, but still very reasonable. So now I am on record, praising your company regarding the work that was performed by (Jason) I think, and Jason himself.

Called on a Friday when my AC wasn’t cooling properly. Technician came out within a couple of hours, assessed the problem and gave me a quote and action plan. Final bill was actually lower than the quote because of a warranty. Very pleased with the service and quality of work. Phillip was very respectful and got the work done in a timely manner. Would definitely call them again if needed.

Friday night my ac unit was not working. I called Davis Air got to a live person immediately. His name was Jacob. Very nice guy he cane immediately with in 20 mind got my ac going for my kids they could not sleep was it was so hot.Diagnose my problem had a bad capacitor and a bad fan motor.He thought very quickly and fixed my capacitor so I would have cold air right away. Told me that I was have cold air through the weekend because with the capacitor fixes I had cold air but the fan motor was still bad in a good way in that it runs constantly and will not turn off. Talk about bad and good luck. Atleast I have cold air through out the weekend. Told me not to worry about anything and that he would take care of everything Monday morning. So Monday comes along first this this morning they called and verified with me the motor is under warranty and that all I had to pay was labor. Thank god!Came in 15 mines and installed in 20 mins. And everything is working now. They took the guess work out of all of it. Didn't have to worry about a thing. Also JacoPhb was so friendly. Philip was also very friendly and did the install so quickly and very nice to talk to.I highly recommend this company.I own a business myself and everything they did was on point. I will be a customer for life!

Saturday call, Philip was at my home in less than 30 minutes. He was professional and friendly. He explained what he felt was or could be the issue. He got the a/c up and running. Probably going to need further repair. Just going to watch and call if situation persist, but will have full fix around November. Good quality service, much appreciated!

Highly recommended. I called and left a voicemail, someone returned my call in less than 10 minutes and had Philip at my house in about 30 minutes. Philip was professional and had my first unit repaired in less than 20 minutes. He had to return to the shop for a part for my second unit and was back in less than an hour, repaired it and we had a/c again. Will definitely use Davis Air Conditioning again.

I have used other companies before with mixed results, but when I called Davis Air the technician came immediately. Not only was he prompt and on time, he worked well past normal hours to ensure that the job was done right and that the AC was working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of AC repair. I'm not sure which technician will come out, but if it's Phillip, he won't let you down. It speaks volumes when a company is willing to sacrifice to make sure that the customer is taken care of. Good job guys-

On June 2 our AC at work stopped working. I am the Director at ACTO and needless to say I had elderly people there getting a little hot and uncomfortable. I needed the AC repaired immediately. I called Davis Air and explained our situation. He was there within 20 minutes and fixed our problem in no time. Mr. Eric was amazing . This company is exceptional! All of the employees that have come out to our house have always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Eric recently came out to fix an issue we were having with out heat/thermostat. The weather was dropping below freezing and I was worried about having to go through the night without any heat, especially with a young child at home. Eric showed up quickly, fixed the issue, explained the problem, and followed up to see how everything was working. Since he came out, our unit/thermostat have been working flawlessly! I can’t express my gratitude enough for the incredible job that he did! You have a customer for life.
